Parikrama helps you find pandals, temples and festival events, see how crowded they are, collect a stamp when you visit, plan a route and share your night with friends and family.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, or use Parikrama with a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you and manages your account.
Your account
- Sign in with your own phone number or Google account. Keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@neurabitsolution.com if you think someone else is using it.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Stamps, Hops and votes
- Stamps and Hops are a fun record of the places you visit. They have no money value, cannot be sold or exchanged and say nothing about anyone's faith or devotion.
- You collect a stamp by being at the place. Faking your location, using someone else's QR code or automating check-ins is not allowed.
- One stamp per place per festival season, and one vote per category after a verified check-in.
- We may remove stamps, Hops or votes that break these rules and suspend the account involved.
Crowds and safety
Crowd levels and wait times are estimates from reports, sensors and committees, and can be wrong or out of date. Always follow police, volunteers and committee instructions, and decide for yourself whether it is safe to go. Parikrama never suggests places marked as very crowded, but conditions change fast. In an emergency, call 112.
What you post
You keep ownership of the photos, reports and other content you post. You give Neurabit Solution a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, moderate, show and share that content within Parikrama and in Parikrama share pages, for as long as it stays on Parikrama.
Post only content you have the right to share. Photos are checked before they are published and may be refused or removed.
Do not
- Post anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or that mocks any faith, tradition or community.
- Post photos of other people's children, or photos in places where photography is not allowed.
- Harass, threaten or track anyone, including through circles or live location.
- Post false crowd reports, fake listings or misleading information about a place.
- Try to break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service, or access data that is not yours.
Pandal committees and organisers
Committees that list or claim a place confirm they are authorised to do so and are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, timings, announcements and public contact details. We may verify, edit or remove listings to keep information accurate and safe.
Other services
Directions open in Google Maps. Sharing sends the content to the app you choose. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Parikrama running, especially on festival nights, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may add, change or remove features.
Our content
The Parikrama name, emblem, app, designs and code belong to Neurabit Solution. Place names and committee content belong to their owners.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk. You can stop using Parikrama and delete your account at any time.
Limits of our responsibility
Parikrama is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Neurabit Solution is not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by crowd conditions, third-party services or information supplied by committees or other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to info@neurabitsolution.com first so we can try to resolve any problem.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page and the date at the top when these terms change, and tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use Parikrama after a change means you accept it.
