I did not get my sign-in code
- Check that the number is a 10-digit Indian mobile number.
- Codes arrive by SMS and are valid for 5 minutes. Wait a minute before asking for a new one.
- After several requests you may need to wait before trying again. This protects your number.
My check-in did not work
- Be at the place, outdoors if you can, with location turned on. Your phone needs a GPS fix accurate to about 50 m.
- No signal? Check in anyway. The app saves it and sends it when you are back online.
- Many pandals show a QR code at the entrance. Scan it with your phone camera to open Parikrama and collect the stamp.
Crowd levels look wrong
Crowd levels are estimates and change quickly. If a level looks wrong, write to us with the place name and time. Always follow police and volunteer instructions on the ground.
Pandal committees
List your pandal on WhatsApp, then sign in to the organiser portal at /o with the same phone number to claim it, verify it at the venue and download your QR poster. To correct a listing, write to info@neurabitsolution.com.
